Parole board decision regarding a North Sydney man
24 year old Jeffrey Daniel MacIntyre of North Sydney, who was jailed after pleading guilty to extortion and sexual assault involving a 14-year-old girl; has had his statutory release revoked by the Parole Board of Canada.
MacIntyre was released in January to a halfway house, but failed to complete a sex offender maintenance program.
A search of MacIntyre’s room also found a pair of women’s underwear.
He also admitted that he had smoked a joint.
