A North Sydney man has been found not guilty of indecent exposure.
A woman complained a man was mowing his lawn on Queen Street in July last year and unzipped his pants when she ran by while training for a race.
The judge however found the testimony of 54 year old John Brenton Hatfield was clear and concise that he was just tucking in his shirt. A co-worker also testified he saw nothing inappropriate.
