Federal investigators are looking into a near miss involving a Porter Airlines flight near the downtown Toronto Billy Bishop island airport.
Two crew members suffered minor injuries when the aircraft, which was carrying 54 passengers yesterday morning; had to suddenly swerve to avoid an object believed to be a drone.
The plane, on a flight from Ottawa; was just under three thousand metres (about 10,000 feet) on its landing approach, when the incident occurred over Lake Ontario.
