Nova Scotia RCMP are targeting aggressive drivers this month. Speeding is the biggest problem, with a potential fine of $2422.50 and seven-day license suspension for those caught. RCMP responded to 25 serious and fatal accidents involving speeding last year.

CBRM program starts Thursday
CBRM Active Transportation and Heart & Stroke Walkability Program begins a weekly series at the Greenlink Trail on Thursday. The series of walks will take place at the same time each week, and start at the former St. Anthony Daniel Church parking lot. They’re open to anyone, and free.
