A 51 year old man remains behind bars while his lawyer tries to work out bail conditions.
Dale Rancourt, known as Klutzy the Klown; is facing charges of breaching release conditions in connection with a sexual assault charge involving an underage girl. Rancourt was in court briefly yesterday and he was remanded until Tuesday.
Meanwhile, police continue to investigate a fire Monday that pretty much destroyed Rancourt’s home in Gabarus. He was in custody at the time.
