Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says a framework deal on climate change proves that a healthy environment and a strong economy go hand in hand.
Trudeau emerged from a first ministers meeting yesterday saying he’d reached an agreement with the provinces and territories to tackle global warming.
But two provinces — Saskatchewan and Manitoba — are refusing to sign on to the agreement, and another — British Columbia — managed a major compromise.
