The bail hearing for Klutzy the Klown was delayed yesterday.
The lawyer for Dale Rancourt requested more time and the judge gave him until Thursday. Rancourt was released on bail before after being charged with sexually assaulting a girl. But then he was arrested and charged with violating the bail conditions to stay away from areas where young people gather.
There was another step yesterday in turning Sydney into a major North American container port.
The port has signed up Ports America as part of the proposed development. It will work with the other players in designing and marketing then it will actually run the operation at Nova Porte near Sydport for 40 years.
The plan is to turn the port into the only one in North America that will be able to handle the new generation of ultra-large containers ships.
