The winners of this year’s Licence of a Lifetime lottery will never have to buy another provincial fishing, small game or deer hunting licence. Randomly selected by Natural Resources Minister Lloyd Hines and Nova Scotia Federation of Anglers and Hunters President Ian Avery, this year’s winners are Danny Bowie of Guysborough County and Erica Riley of Colchester County. The lottery is a fundraiser for the federation’s education and advocacy programs.
