Donald Trump has won the Electoral College vote, ensuring that the businessman will become America’s 45th president.
With several states still voting, Trump had 304 votes and Hillary Clinton had 169.
It takes 270 Electoral College votes to win the presidency.
Two Republican electors cast protest votes against Trump, however; at least 4 Democrats voted against Clinton.
