Two people have died in separate snowmobile crashes in New Brunswick.
A 49 year old man was killed after his snowmobile ended up in a stream near Sugarloaf in Atholville. And a 52 year old woman died in a crash near Mactaquac. A passenger was injured in that one as well…but not seriously.
New Brunswickers are being cautioned about a storm system expected to hit the province tomorrow.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the province saying a low pressure system is expected to hit tomorrow morning with ice pellets and freezing rain for an extended period from the morning to afternoon before changing to rain. There’ll be strong southeasterly winds as well.
