Health Canada has recalled the decorative Prana rock candle. It was sold across the Maritimes between November 2013 and this month, with the agency saying it’s not childproof enough. The Paraffin oil can be dangerous if ingested. There have been no reports of injuries so far.

Tuition Relief for the Middle Class announced by province
Premier Brian Gallant has announced a new post-secondary education grant called Tuition Relief for the Middle Class. Combined with the Free Tuition Program, it’s expected to help up to 70% of students. Coupled with existing federal grants, the program will provide a non-repayable provincial bursary of up to 98%.
