Police are waiting for the results of an autopsy on a body found undfer the Hilyard Street end of the viaduct Sunday night.
Officers were in the area and found the body in some bushes. It aparently had been there for some time and was badly decomposed.
The investigation is continuing.
An announcement is expected thursday from the Supreme Court of Canada on whether it will review the Dennis Oland murder case.
The provincial Court of Appeal has already overturned his conviction and ordered a new trial. His lawyers, however, have asked the SCOC to acquit him of second-degree murder while the Crown wants the conviction reinstated.
