Another inquiry commissioner resigns

One of the commissioners of the Inquiry into missing and murder aboriginal woman has resigned. Marilyn Poitras says she’s leaving with a heavy heart because she feels the inquiry has not met its terms of reference.

Some First Nations leaders say this resignation along with others is further evidence the whole inquiry is in jeopardy. The Chief Commissioner Marion Buller, however, insists it will move ahead as planned.
