A 13 year old girl has been sent for a psychiatric assessment after running away from a group home.
The girl, who has no criminal record, ended up in court Monday after breaking a window at the group home. Despite her objections, the judge sent the girl back there until a case conference March 22nd. But she was back in court again yesterday after breaking another window.
The judge expressed surprise she didn’t even last a day there and has sent her for a 30 day psychiatric assessment.
