Common Council will discuss the city’s growth strategy at today’s meeting, according to the Telegraph-Journal.
The Growth Committee unveiled the first details of the plan in January with a list of potential initiatives, including creating an immigration strategy and hiring a municipal economist. Councillors are expected to vote today whether to adopt the plan.
A 22 year old man was killed in a collision between a side-by-side ATV and a pickup near Bathurst.
RCMP got the call to Sormany Rod Saturday night after an ATV collided with the on-coming truck. A passenger on the ATV was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The pickup driver wasn’t hurt. RCMP continue to investigate.
