An Amherst, NS, woman has pleaded guilty in Saint John court to fraud and forgery charges.
38 year old Tracey Hachey admitted to fraud and forgery charges in three incidents in 2014 and 2015 involving Easyhome Ltd. and an individual. She’s also charged with four other counts but the Crown intends to withdraw those when she is sentenced September 13th.
A west side couple will go to trial next month after pleading not guilty to animal cruelty charges.
36 year old Bryan Keith and 41 year old Sara Keith, of St. John Street, are facing under the criminal code as well as under the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The Crown has indicated it’ll be calling several witnesses at the trial August 15 and 16.
