Bombardier protests continue

Protests were held for a second straight weekend against the hefty pay envelopes for top executives at Bombardier. Dozens of angry protestors gathered outside the company’s Montreal headquarters as well as Premier Couillard’s office.

Bombardier said the bonuses would be deferred and based on performance in the future…but the protestors and opposition politicians say that’s not good enough.

Terror attack on Christians in Egypt

Christians were massacred during Palm Sunday services at two Coptic churches in northern Egypt yesterday. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility.

At least 44 people were killed and 126 wounded when explosions rocked churches in Alexandria and Tanta.

The international community is calling the attacks barbaric.
