Global cyber-attack not over yet

Cybersecurity experts are very concerned about a second wave of cyber-attacks that crippled computers in 150 countries Friday.

They were infected with ransomware demanding money in exchange for unlocking a person’s computer.

Experts say the worst may be yet to come today as people return to work and turn their computers on relaunching the virus.

Top Canadian and American trade reps to talk about NAFTA

There’s an APEC Ministers summitt in Vietnam this week and Canada’s International Trade Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne and U-S  Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer are expected to meet to discuss reopening NAFTA negotiations.

Champagne says Canada is prepared for whenever the negotiations begin and the Trudeau government will be firm in its stance to protect Canadian interests and workers.
