Prime Minister Trudeau says Canadians can be confident in their safety for Canada Day festivities across the country, in light of the terrorist attacks in Britain. Trudeau didn’t specify if security is being bolster for public events…just that all necessary security measures will be taken.
The National Arts Centre, for instance, which plans to unveil a rejuvenated building on Canada Day says it is tripling security.
