Two people have been killed in a head-on collision in Welsford.
RCMP say a car driven by a 21 year old man from Cumberland Bay crossed the centre line on Highway 7 and collided with another vehicle. The other driver, a 39 year old woman from Fredericton, was also killed. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Investigators haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact cause of a fatal fire in St. George in April…but believe it was electrical.
They say there was a tremendous number of scattered extension cords, power bars and wires in the house and a failure in one of them was the plausible cause.
80 year old Esther Boyd died in the blaze April 11th along with her three adult sons William, David, and Robert.
