The City of Saint John is setting up a sort of report card so citizens can have easier access to monitor municipal operations, according to the Telegraph-Journal.
The new online performance dashboard on the city website will allow people to track the progress of council’s priorities for its mandate. Some examples of those key performance indicators include fire response times, pavement condition index, delivery of quality drinking water and investments on development incentives.
