Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be in the area later today for a quick visit.
Trudeau is starting the day in PEI with a meeting with the Premier Wade MacLauchlan and then a meet and greet with the community at a curling club.
He’ll fly to Fredericton this afternoon to help kick off the Acadian Games. Then he comes down the road to Grand Bay-Westfield to help kickoff Canada 150 celebrations and an ice cream social.
