Consumer confidence in Saint John improved again in the third quarter. The latest Corporate Research Associates survey has it at 102.3, an increase from 99.5 three months ago and 81.3 in the first quarter. Council-performance satisfaction is up a bit from last quarter, with 62% supporting instead of 58%.

Crown Street Shoppers Drug Mart broken into
Police are investigating after a Shoppers Drug Mart was broken into overnight. They found the Crown Street location’s window smashed just after 1am, with security footage showing someone then taking a few things and fleeing on foot.
