No charges in toddler’s death

Police say no charges will be laid in the death of a toddler on Christmas day last year, according to the Telegraph-Journal.

26 month old Alexzender Flint-Kerr died after being rushed to hospital. The toddler struck his head on a toilet and police were told he slipped on the bathroom floor. They investigated because he had suffered another head injury when he was a baby.

Stormy weather

There are still thousands of people without power after yesterday’s storm. NB Power has outages listed mainly along the Trans-Canada Highway corridor from west of Fredericton through to Moncton and the Nova Scotia boundary as well as south of Sussex.

All of the Fundy Rose sailings to Digby have been cancelled for today due to weather.
