Quispamsis town council is adamant it will be giving Enterprise Saint John only half the money it wants next year….$56,000 rather than $112,000…but did leave the door open a little.
The Town council refused to reconsider its earlier decision to cut the contribution in half. It’s not happy with the efforts by the regional development agency. Council did agree to send a letter to the agency asking it to come back with a progress report before the end of June and it might reconsider reinstating the $56,000.
