The drug Vimizim hasn’t been working for a Baie-Sainte-Anne boy after the province agreed to pay for it. 11-year-old Morgan Doucet has Morquio syndrome, a genetic bone disorder. The province agreed to fund the up-to-$300,000-a-year drug for a year after Morgan’s mother fought for it. CBC reports she took him off it after he didn’t react well.

Grand Bay-Westfield has installed a new Electric Vehicle Charging Station at the Brundage Point River Centre. It’s free to use for anyone with a Network Access, which is an app electric vehicle owners can use to identify locations and availability of chargers.
