Home Invasion
A 33 year old Saint John man has been found not guilty on home invasion charges. Mathew Paul Martin was on trial on a number of charges in connection with a home invasion on the east side in May.
Justice Thomas Christie in his decision yesterday questioned the testimony of the man convicted of the actual robbery.
Martin is still facing a trial next year on a mischief charge dating back to January.
