A 31 year old man is facing charges after a disturbance on the boardwalk at Market Square early Saturday morning.
Police arrested the man for violating two propbation orders and resisting arrest. Police also found a controlled drug.

RCMP investigate sudden death
RCMP are investigating a sudden death in Beechwood, north of Bath.
They were called late yesterday afternoon to a house on a rural road off Highway 105 and blocked off the driveway calling it a crime scene. RCMP later confirmed they were investigating the death of a 32 year old man but aren’t releasing any details yet, including whether or not anyone has been arrested.
