The ER at the All Saints Springhill Emergency Centre is closed today, due to a doctor shortage.
It will be shut down until 8 tonight.
After being open tomorrow and Sunday, the ER will have daily closures again from Monday to Friday.
Overnight coverage will still be available.
Jean-Claude Savoie’s lawyer is unhappy with how the New Brunswick RCMP handled the investigation into his client.
Les Matchim said they put in writing that Savoie wouldn’t be charged early in the process if he answered their questions.
The former Campbellton man was acquitted of criminal negligence causing the deaths of Connor and Noah Barthe in 2013, after a python escaped its enclosure while the boys were sleeping over.
