Nova Scotia RCMP are targeting aggressive drivers this month. Speeding is the biggest problem, with a potential fine of $2422.50 and seven-day license suspension for those caught. RCMP responded to 25 serious and fatal accidents involving speeding last year.

Improved projections in latest NB economic and fiscal update
The second-quarter provincial economic and fiscal update has improved projections from February’s budget and the first quarter. 2016-17’s new projected deficit is $231.6 million, with Finance Minister Cathy Rogers not expecting to use the $100 million contingency fund. Revenue is $25.9 million higher than budgeted, but total expenses are at $10.4 million higher. You can read the full update here:
