A Toronto Pastor took the stand in his own defence yesterday in court in Kentville to deny the allegations against him.
Brent Hawkes said “it did not happen.”
He testified he remembered the complainant and two other teens bringing a bottle of moonshine to his trailer in Greenwood on the night in question in the mid-’70s, but he categorically denied performing sexual acts; and serving alcohol.
He claims that there was no sexual activity.
