A boil water order has been issued for residents east of the Reversing Falls Bridge.
The heavy rains and high winds have stirred up mthe water supply causing turbidity. So about 45,000 users on the east side as well as north and south ends are advised to0 boil water for consumption. Residents of the Harbourview subdivision are not affected because they have their own system.
Yesterday the Saint John Police Force and Students from Simonds High School “TADD” group Teens Against Drinking and Driving conducted a road check on Consumer Drive. The students handed out Christmas cards raising awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving. The students would like to thank the motorists for their donations and support for TADD and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
