RCMP are investigating a break, enter and theft at Canadian Tire on Pinewood Road in Riverview. The store suffered significant damage when it happened just after 5 Saturday morning. Several firearms including Browning, Weatherby and Savage Stevens brands were taken. A getaway car is believed to be dark in colour.

NS schools to reopen tomorrow
Schools will reopen tomorrow. Education Minister Karen Casey says the province and teachers union have agreed on parts of the work-to-rule job action that created concern for student safety. Legislation to impose a contract on Nova Scotia teachers was put off this morning.
