The former managing editor of the Moncton Times & Transcript is suing Brunswick News over the Larry’s Gulch scandal. The company says he wanted assistant editor Murray Guy to ask the government to hide Guy’s 2013 trip to the Restigouche fishing lodge. Al Hogan says he just wanted the listing fixed, which said Guy was there as a paper rep. Host NB Liquor had actually invited him.

New production approved through film and TV fund
A new production has been approved through the province’s film and TV incentive fund. TV series Haunted, produced by Winter Light Productions, is getting $281,619 based on eligible Nova Scotia expenditure of $880,060.
