Kevin O’Leary writes open letter blasting premier, NS economy

Kevin O’Leary has blasted Stephen McNeil.  In an open letter on Facebook, the federal Conservative leadership candidate said our economy is hindered by high taxes and policies that discourage gas and oil exploration.  He also said the province’s high taxes and low economic output isn’t a coincidence.  The premier isn’t commenting right now.
