A Sydney boy’s sentencing on multiple charges has been delayed so he can have a pysch assessment. The 17-year-old is up on breaching court orders and taking a vehicle without consent between November and last month. He has 35 other convictions already, and the judge ordered the assessment after hearing about all this. He’ll now be sentenced in March.

Guilty in Glace Bay
A Glace Bay man has been found guilty of sexual assault. 44-year-old William James MacDonald had a charge of sexual touching stayed in the 2015 incident with a girl under 16. He’ll be sentenced April 13th.
