There was a home invasion in Isle Madame early yesterday, as well.
Two men broke into a home on Highway 320 around 1:00am hitting the homeowner with a gun then firing two shots. The man was home with his fiance, adult son and daughter. The victim was treated in hospital and released. The others weren’t hurt.
RCMP arrested two suspects several hours later….a 20 year old and a 23 year old from Eskasoni. Police say the victim and suspects know each other. They’ll be in court today.
