A local man will have a bail hearing tomorrow for multiple incidents with a woman. 28-year-old Cameron Ian Smith is accused of assaulting her back on the 7th, then threatening her and stealing her vehicle a week later.

Monctonians owe almost $4 million in water bills. The Times & Transcript reports 4500 of 25,000 city customers had outstanding payments, with a majority having been that way for at least four months. The $4 million covers residential and commercial bills.
