Moncton Boil Water Order Lifted

A boil water order has been lifted in Moncton. The order to boil water had been issued after a water main broke in north end Moncton on Tuesday. The precautionary order affected just under 4-thousand customers, including five Moncton schools in the area. The city says the section of pipe that burst has since been replaced. Residents who haven’t been using their water during the boil water order are advised to let their taps run for a few minutes to flush out the pipes before consumption.
