President Donald Trump has approved two controversial pipeline projects…and environmentalists are promising a fight.
The orders allow for construction of TransCanada’s Keystone X-L pipeline to carry Alberta crude south to refineries on the U-S gulf coast.
Years of pressure by opponents forced President Barack Obama to freeze the pipeline.
Most Canadians are happy with the current voting system in Canada.
A report by the government’s electoral reform survey also says, however, we are willing to accept change. Over half in the survey also said they are opposed to mandatory voting. A majority are also in favour of online voting as long as the system is demonstrably secure.
