The Premier has released a strategy to boost literacy rates in the province.
Brian Gallant unveiled the plan yesterday saying the key priorities are to provide services and intervention for children and families based on individual needs. The government will also work with businesses to develop adult literacy and essential skills training.
There’ll be an empty podium on the stage at the next Conservative leaders debate in Edmonton. Kevin O’Leary says he won’t take part because he doesn’t like the format where all 14 candidates answer each question.
Another candidate Lisa Rait called O’Leary a chicken…tweeted that he should suck it up and play by the rules.
