A recall of Robin Hood brand flour has now been expanded to cover the whole country.

It started last month with the recall of products just distributed in western Canada. Now the recall of 10 kilogram bags with a best before date of April 17, 2018, covers the whole country.  The flour has been linked to 25 cases of ecoli. There have been no deaths but several people had to be hospitalized.

As many as 72 people have died because of an apparent chemical attack by the Syrian government on an opposition-held town in northern Syria. at least 11 of the dead are children.

The U-N Security Council will hold an emergency meeting today on the air strike that exposed the toxic agent.
