There’s an APEC Ministers summitt in Vietnam this week and Canada’s International Trade Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne and U-S  Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer are expected to meet to discuss reopening NAFTA negotiations.

Champagne says Canada is prepared for whenever the negotiations begin and the Trudeau government will be firm in its stance to protect Canadian interests and workers.

The Western final in the NHL is tied at a game each after Anaheim’s 5-3 win over the Predators.

The Blue jays beat Seattle 3-2 to complete a weekend swep.  Red Sox were embarassed by Tampa Bay 11-2.  The Yankees split a double header…winning the first game 11-6 and losing the nightcap 10-7.
