Moncton trial update
Jury deliberations in the murder and arson trial of Devin Morningstar will continue today in Moncton.
The 19 year old Morningstar is accused of murdering Baylee Wylie before setting the Sumac Street triplex where Wylie’s body was found on fire.
Morningstar is one of three people charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie’s death.
19 year old Tyler Noel, will be in court next October to stand trial, while 20 year old Marissa Shephard; will be in court in May for a preliminary hearing.
