The provincial government has reached a tentative agreement with doctors on payment for services.
The agreement between the Health Department and Medical Society covers salaried and fee-for-service doctors. No details on the fees are being released until its ratified by the doctors.
A young man and woman are dead after a collision on Route 8 near Allardville on the Acadian Peninsula early yesterday morning.
Their car crossed the centre line and hit a transport truck head-on. The truck driver wasn’t injured.
RCMP are still investigating.
