Ring a Bell Campaign next week in NB schools

The sixth annual Ring A Bell Campaign is next week in New Brunswick schools.  It raises awareness about mental health needs of kids, and is coordinated by Dots NB/Partners For Youth, the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, and Bell Aliant.  Mental health lesson plans and resources will be introduced, culminating with kindergarten-grade 8 students ringing bells at noon on December 2nd.

Reward posted for missing woman

A $10,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to finding 28-year-old Jami Springer, who has been missing from the Moncton area since August. Springer was last seen on August 31 in Moncton.

RCMP is sharing a video made by Jami’s family to encourage anyone with information to come forward. Her family has raised $8,000 and Crimestoppers is putting up $2,000.
