Health Minister Victor Boudreau says what doctors make won’t be made public for another year. Auditor General Kim MacPherson first recommended it years ago, and says she’s disappointed it’s still not happening. Boudreau told CBC the plan is to have doctor earnings put on “unaudited supplementary employee lists”, aka sunshine or blue book.

NB Unemployment Down in November
New Brunswick’s unemployment rate went down in November. We’re now at 8.7% instead of 10% in October, but Stats Can says 4700 people left the workforce. The province added 500 jobs, all full-time. By region, Campbellton-Miramichi was at 14% unemployment, Moncton-Richibucto 7.9%, Saint John-St. Stephen 6.7%, Fredericton-Oromocto 5.7% and Edmunston-Woodstock 5%.
