Alberta’s premier isn’t commenting after chants of “lock her up” at an Edmonton rally for federal Conservative leadership candidate Chris Alexander on the weekend.
Alexander, a former immigration minister, said he didn’t stop the crowd from calling for Rachel Notley to be jailed because he said politicians need to listen to constituents. Then yesterday, he said he totally disapproved. However, video of the rally shows him smiling and gesturing in time with the chants.
