Hamer the one-year-old RCMP puppy has finished the first component of his training, and is into the next phase in New Brunswick. Hamer is working with an RCMP dog handler who may become his permanent partner. Archway Insurance is buying Alliance Assurance effective New Year’s Eve. Alliance has nine locations across New Brunswick, and this agreement will bring the total number of Archway locations to 20 in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The company is based in Amherst.
