Toronto police say a tip from the U-S helped thwart an attack on a high school on the anniversary of the Montreal massacre.
Someone on the U-S west coast saw a threat posted on a blogging site and called police. They arrested a 17 year old boy after a search of a home in Toronto Tuesday. The attack was meant to happen later that day on the 27th anniversary of the Polytechnique shooting.
